I got the 5 pairs, and i wished i bought more. It helped with my Eczema
These felt like my lulu panties and super comfortable helped with my skin condition.
I noticed my Eczema disappeared after 2 weeks.
Five Eczema Triggers We Removed
Every one is a documented contact irritant — and every one is missing from Sothee.
-
The waistband
There isn't one. No band, no casing, no elastic thread anywhere. The knit runs to the edge and stops.
-
The seams
One continuous tube. No side seams, no back seam. Two bartacks — the entire stitch count.
-
The hem
Every edge laser-cut. Nothing folded, bound or taped — no ridge against your skin at 3am.
-
The finishing chemistry
Screened under STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®: no formaldehyde, no azo dyes, skin-neutral pH.
-
The word “hypoallergenic”
It means nothing on its own — you have bought it before. We hand you certificate numbers you can check.
Real Results, From Real People
I bought these after i tried everything for my eczema and these really helped my skin.
These are the only panties i wear now after it helped with eczema.
Washed them maybe thirty times now. it kept shape and helped with my skin condition.
What’s In the Fabric
You already read every label. Here is ours, explained.
The body of the knit. Stretch that moves with you instead of gripping one line. This is what holds the shape that a waistband used to hold.
Silver spun into the yarn, not sprayed onto the surface. Sprayed finishes rinse out. This one earned the top antibacterial grade and was still working after 300 washes.
Enough spring to stay put all day. Not enough to bite. The whole fabric now does the job the elastic band was doing badly.
One at each top corner. That is every stitch on the garment. There is nothing else sewn, anywhere, for your skin to find.

What Is Actually Touching You
Most underwear is never tested for what is in the fabric.

What to expect
Nights 0–60, for eczema-prone skin
Sothee promises the fabric. The skin findings below belong to independent research on silver textiles — not to us.
- Every contact trigger is gone: no elastic, no seams, no harsh dyes
- No line on your hips when you undress
- The feel customers compare to $68 big-name seamless athleticwear
- The window where a double-blind trial measured eczema improvement in patients wearing silver-textile clothing*
- Silver keeps working through every wash — it is spun into the yarn
- Rotation habit: wear, machine-wash, dry in hours, repeat
- Your other pairs start feeling like sandpaper by comparison
- You decide, not us
- Still not right? Full refund — worn and washed
*Gauger et al., JEADV 2006 — independent double-blind study of silver-coated textiles, 68 patients. Not a study of Sothee. Individual results are a conversation for you and your doctor.
You Have Already Bought the Cotton.
Three multipacks. The bamboo ones. The medical-looking pair that arrived at twice the price and looked like a bandage. The band, the seam and the dye survived every one of those switches — because none of those switches touched them. That is the variable still sitting on the table.
Start My 60 NightsWhy We Built Sothee
A doctor tells you to switch to hypoallergenic underwear. That is the entire instruction. Which ones, what makes a pair qualify, what to avoid — none of that comes with it.
So you go looking. What comes back is a five-pack of cotton that fails the same way the last five-pack failed, or something medical-looking priced as though you have run out of options. Both assume the fibre was the problem.
We started from the complaints instead of the category. Read enough of them and the same three words keep surfacing: the band, the seam, the dye. Almost never the fibre itself. People had been changing the one variable that was not causing it.
So the garment got built around removing those three, and the cloth went to a third party to be screened, so what we say about it is something you can check rather than something you have to take on faith. No steroid. Nothing to apply. Something you put on.
Count what touches you
Nothing on it. That is the point.
